1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ParlayPilot (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Informational Use Only / No Gambling
ParlayPilot provides informational sports analysis, projections, and hypothetical scenario modeling for entertainment and educational purposes only. The App does not accept, place, facilitate, or process wagers, real-money gambling, or betting transactions. The App is not a sportsbook and is not affiliated with any sportsbook.
3. No Professional Advice
Any content provided by the App is not financial, legal, or professional advice. You are responsible for your decisions and actions. Use of the App is at your own risk.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the App.
5. Subscriptions / Purchases
If the App offers subscriptions (e.g., "Pro"), payments are processed by Apple via In-App Purchase. Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal details are shown at purchase. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. Restore Purchases is available in Settings.
6. User Accounts (if applicable)
If the App supports accounts, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- misuse the App or attempt to interfere with its operation,
- reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code,
- use the App for illegal purposes.
8. Intellectual Property
The App and its content (excluding third-party trademarks, team names, and publicly available data) are owned by ParlayPilot and protected by applicable laws.
9. Third-Party Content and Advertising
The App may display third-party content (e.g., team names, league info, schedules, odds/lines from data providers). All trademarks and content belong to their respective owners.
The free version of the App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. By using the free version, you agree that ads may be displayed during your use of the App. Ad content is provided by third-party advertisers and we do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of any advertised products or services. Pro subscribers do not see ads.
10. Data Deletion
You can delete all your data at any time from the Settings screen within the app, or by contacting us at
support@parlaypilotpicks.com.
11. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or availability of data or predictions.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ParlayPilot will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or use.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
