This Privacy Policy explains how ParlayPilot ("we," "us") handles information when you use the App.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect the following types of information:
- Device identifiers (a random ID assigned to your device for app functionality).
- Basic app usage data (e.g., feature interactions, diagnostics/crash logs).
- Subscription status (via Apple receipt/entitlement verification).
We do not collect sensitive personal data unless you voluntarily provide it (e.g., via support contact).
3. Advertising
The free version of ParlayPilot displays ads provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use certain data to serve and measure ads, including:
- Device advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS).
- General device information (model, OS version, screen size).
- IP address (for approximate location-based ad targeting).
- App interaction data related to ad impressions and clicks.
On iOS, we ask for your permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt before any tracking occurs. If you decline tracking, ads will still appear but will be non-personalized and no cross-app tracking data will be collected. You can change your tracking preference at any time in your device's Settings under Privacy & Security > Tracking.
Pro subscribers do not see ads. Upgrading to Pro removes all advertising from the app.

4. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- operate and improve the App,
- troubleshoot bugs and performance issues,
- manage subscriptions and restore purchases,
- serve relevant ads to free users,
- provide support responses.
5. Data Sharing
We may share data with the following types of service providers:
- Advertising partners (Google AdMob) for ad delivery and measurement.
- Subscription management (RevenueCat/Apple) for purchase processing.
- Analytics and crash reporting for app stability.
We do not sell personal information.
6. Data Retention
We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes described, unless a longer period is required by law. Ad-related data is managed by our advertising partners per their own retention policies.
7. Your Choices
You can:
- manage your subscription in Apple ID settings,
- control ad tracking in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking,
- opt out of personalized ads via your device's ad settings,
- upgrade to Pro to remove all ads,
- delete all your data from the Settings screen within the app,

8. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided personal info, contact us to remove it.
9. Changes to this Policy
We may update this policy. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised policy.
